Company Description: The Mosaic Company, a subsidiary of Cargil Inc., production and markets of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients used worldwide by the agriculture industry. The company is structured in three segments: Phosphates, Potash, and Offshore. Phosphate and potash are used in crop nutrition and animal feed, deicers, and water softeners. Phosphate also has industrial applications.
