Company Description: Comstock Resources engages in the acquisition, development, production and exploration of oil and natural gas. Its offshore operations are conducted through Bois dArc Energy, Inc. In August 2008, its 49% interest in its subsidiary, Bois dArc Energy, was acquired by Stone Energy Corporation.
