Company Description: Cadbury plc, formerly Cadbury Schweppes plc, operates as a confectionery and non-alcoholic beverage company. Brand names under which the companys markes Include:Cadbury, Schweppes, Halls, Trident, Dr Pepper, Snapple, Trebor, Dentyne, Bubblicious and Bassett. Cadbury is divided into five parts: (Britain, Ireland, Middle East and Africa (BIMA), Europe, Americas Confectionery, Asia Pacific and Americas Beverages). During 2007, it acquired confectionery businesses in Romania, Japan, and Turkey. In May 2008, it completed the demerger of its Americas Beverages business to Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc.. Update
