Hello JeetSingh,
1. It is difficult to give an exact time frame to measure the long term and short term potential of a company. The third graphic on the home page explains the difference a little better. Over time, the short term becomes less important while the long term becomes more important. In fast moving industries, such as technology, this change could be done very quickly. Most analyst give 12 month price targets, but that is very misleading and never accurate.
2. There aren't any help manuals, yet. We will work on providing that over the next several months. We will also work to improve the functionality of the entire site. Fundamentally, our analysis tries to find investments where the short term and long term potential of the company is high. See this page for help: http://www.wikiwealth.com/dictionary:ratings.
